harminv software package provides extraction of complex frequencies and amplitudes from time series, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install harminv
harminv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the harminv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep harminv *
You will get with harminv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
